I know from the first few minutes chatting with her at an open house that she was an honest, smart, insightful and overall highest quality person; someone who you just want to spend your time with and get to know better. Lisa was quick to get to work, she met with me to get a sense for my needs and helped me discover that I was open to other options for mom that I hadn't considered. I ended up purchasing a condo when I thought I was only looking for a townhome. Without Lisa, I would have never gotten there, and this was truly the best fit for mom. What a gem Lisa is. Jenelle worked very hard to help us maximize the attractiveness and selling price of our home. Her market research was very thorough. We were initially skeptical of some of her recommendations for staging and paint, but after discussion with her, we accepted almost all of them and that certainly helped us sell our home in 3 days for more than the listing price. We were really impressed by all the things Jenelle did over and beyond what we expected from a listing real estate agent: planting flowers in the entry flower boxes; freshening the paint on a lot of our interior trim; helping us find buyers for fitness equipment in our garage; etc., etc. She was also very helpful in the closing process when some changes were necessary due to inspections and slightly complicated due to our travel.
