Eric did a wonderful job of helping me prepare my late mother's house for sale. He put me in touch with people who cleaned out the house interior and took away a dilapidated shed and fencing at the rear of the property. He ensured that there was a good online presence of the house and property, including a well-prepared virtual tour of the interior rooms fully furnished including the three-season back porch. I really believe the effort he put into the marketing and online staging of the house is what drove the sale.

Polly was an answer to prayer in the midst of a very stressful time. I've had to move around a lot for work, and she has, by far, been the best realtor! She is extremely hardworking, knowledgeable, her honesty is refreshing, and she is the strong advocate everyone needs, especially when it comes to finding a place to live. She makes you feel like a person with a heart, not just another client. The whole process was more enjoyable with her. I hope to work with her again in the future, and I would highly recommend her to everyone.

Monique worked tireless until she got us the ideal property. We had an initial sit down and talked about neighborhoods, our budget and she worked to put together a plan that was personalize and so professional. She provided us access to a real estate portal that provided extensive details on properties that fit our goals. She provided vendors and recommendations which proved to invaluable. When visited the property we eventually purchased there we already other offers pending and she analysis overnight to make suggestion on offer to make to ensure we got the property and we did. Monique assisted us through ever step of the process from the detail property inspection right through to the closing. While we were searching to our new home she guided the sale of our current home and we had a buyer within weeks of posting. We are more than pleased with our new home selection.

Our experience selling our home recently with our Realtor, Polly Hickox was great! After having no success with two previous realtors, we met with Polly for the first time and knew she would get the job done. She has an amazing, likable personality, worked diligently to market and show our property, and staged our home which we feel was key to the sale.
