We bought the property remotely and Maria was our eyes and ears on the process. She did a virtual walk thru with us, immediately wrote up the offer and kept us informed on how things were going. She arranged for several inspectors and met them with at the property each time. Any questions I had, Maria was just a text away and she always replied immediately.
