He made the whole search and buying process a fun adventure and really took the time to get to know us. Lou brought us options that met our needs and used our feedback to provide additional options that narrowed in on what we wanted. He offered great support throughout—helping us with comps and considering alternatives. Lou attended all appointments with us once we made our offer including attending the inspection (even when we couldn’t be there), pre-purchase and post purchase walk throughs, and the closing. We are new to FL so Lou also assisted us with the loan and closing processes so we went in informed and prepared to the nuances of real estate here. To top it all off, Lou is a gregarious, kind and generous human. We are grateful to have met him and to have made a new friend. We literally couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Joe assisted my sister and me with the sale of our parents residence in Sarasota, Florida after the death of our dad and our mom wanting to move back to Massachusetts. Our parents house needed some remediation prior to getting the house on the market. Joe was great in explaining what needed to be repaired or renovated and he connected us with several subcontractors in the Sarasota/Bradenton area to have the work completed in a timely manner and a fair price for the work. We were not only satisfied with the work but the experience working with Joe in the process. He oversaw that the work was completed and sent us pictures, so we did not have to travel from Massachusetts to inspect the work. For the sale of the house, Joe was the consummate professional and his knowledge of the local market led to a very active and successful showing of the property. We had several offers in days and was able to close on the sale of the property in under 45 days. Highly recommend Joe. His number one goal is to make sure you are happy with the transaction.
