To say Lou Martinez is the Above & Beyond realtor is an understatement. Lou stays familiar with comps in your area and conveys a weekly report to each client. He walks you through each step and stays on top of things. I don't think he ever sleeps!! His knowledge of his craft is impressive. I was on a tight time line.
