I have been privileged of knowing Louise for over eight years. Being a hairstylist I run across a lot of Realtor agents, however when it came to selling my home I knew Louise would be my go to lady. Not because of being my client as I have many other agents I could choose from. The knowledge she has and her go getting personality I knew she would not only sell my home but she would be honest and trustworthy. Selling or buying a home is a big deal and not only did she make it very effortless for me my house was sold in less than a week!! Randall is excellent. I cannot speak highly enough. For market knowledge- He has a long stable career in the area which gives numerous advantages which you can deduce from your own experience. I want to discuss my experiences and insights that give his clients the edge over other properties or transactions. Most notably, he uses a network that extends beyond his firm so he can line up buyers rapidly and sellers seek him out. He is active socially so his network of clients and fellow realtors is extensive and loyal. He may even have a buyer lined up for you now. His ear is constantly to the ground. He is very gregarious so he can work efficiently regionally (Sarasota, Longboat Key and Siesta Key to Lakewood Ranch). He lines up more clients efficiently. He is truly amazing. I have seen him in action. Communication is seamless which makes for easy transactions and he offers continued support. He looks out for his client’s interests. As a buyer (three times), he responded to my needs. With his knowledge, he has a sense for the right price in a hot market. I bought two properties with him off market recently and was and am happy with my purchases. As a seller (two sales), you want a professional like Randall. On the most recent transaction, he lined up a buyer (outside his firm) who was willing to pay top dollar before it was listed publicly. It was quick and seamless. So you too can marvel- Randall helped me find the property but it didn’t suit my dog. The dog began barking too much and I would be a bad neighbor. Civility ruled and I had to list the property. Although not my original intent, I flipped the property and within a month had my cash with a significant profit. I reiterate- a significant profit was made rapidly. He can do it for you and it is his hearts desire to serve. Your transaction will be smooth and seamless with continued support. Hire him.

Louise was fabulous! Her Knowledge of the Sarasota area was key for us because we are not residents of that city. Her due diligence in finding us the right property never stopped from the moment we met her. We had a lot of lows and rejections before we found our meant to be home. Louise was always there cheering us on telling us not to get discouraged and that we would find our dream home. Even in the very end when we Finally sold our house here in the keys . We knew there was no contingency anymore and I told her not to look at a certain area because we were not desperate anymore. Joe helped my family purchase a home in Florida recently and made the process very smooth and straightforward. After showing us several homes he spent a considerable amount of time asking us questions on what we liked about each home and why. This really helped us hone in on the home that was best for us. Joe didn’t try to steer us in one direction or another. We had competition on our offer and Joe went to great lengths to figure out what we needed to do in order to get the deal and ultimately got us the deal at our original offer amount. He made the process up until close very easy and his inspection team was the most thorough inspection team I’ve ever worked with (have gone through this process many times in the past few years).
