Peter Ripa made an overwhelming and daunting process feel like a breeze. My wife and I are first time home buyers and needless to say, we were very nervous diving into all it takes to buy a home. Without Peter's support, care, and transparency through each step, we would've been lost. Peter not only took the time to break things down and explain terminology and processes to us, but would go out of his way to ensure he was timely on all of his communications, walkthroughs, updates, negotiations, and so much more. At one point we remember talking to each other in the middle of the process and saying "Well I'm not sure, but I know Pete is all over it". We just felt like he had our back throughout which was a huge weight off of an already stressful process. He was excellent from start to finish. I couldn't recommend a more trustworthy Realtor. We are SO happy with our new home, and thankful we had someone to take care of us every step of the way. 10/10!

I selected Joe Lewkowicz to sell my home on Lake Magdalene Cir. because he had just sold a home quickly for top dollars in the same area. When I first meet with Joe I quickly realized how knowledgeable he was in real estate! Joe provided me sound advice on how to price our home. Joe advertised our home using professional photos, creative property description, and a beautiful brochure. Joe's associate Debbie was also very knowledgeable in the real estate market and instrumental in keeping us on track to closing. Debbie did a fabulous job communicating with title company, lender, buyer's realtor and me. I would highly recommend Joe and Debbie for all your real estate needs.

I have worked with several realtors in my home buying experiences across the years, and Valerie was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She shows a true concern for her clients and works diligently on their behalf to make sure they get everything they deserve. This is the happiest I've been when working with a realtor, and it's because Valerie had my back through the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable in the industry and knows the Tampa area with her eyes closed. She was very helpful in providing very useful comps helping us deciding on the right price, once the offer was accepted, she followed up patiently and answered the many questions we had. When first exploring the sale of our Bayshore property, we contacted multiple realtors. Barbara immediately impressed us with the seriousness with which she took our initial inquiry. While other agents showed up to our initial meetings ill-prepared, Barbara came with a detailed analysis. She arrived at our first meeting having conducted thorough market research, including a list of comparable properties, recommendations on pricing, and a draft marketing concept for our property. After listing the property with Barbara, she proved just as hard working and dedicated in marketing and showing our home, always keeping us informed along the way. After accepting an offer, she kept us abreast of where we were at in the sales process and what was required to complete each step. She maintained open communication with us through and even after closing, answering all of our questions along the way. While task oriented, Barbara is also very personable, getting along well with us, other realtors, and even the property association. We highly recommend her.
