Jasmin was a delight to work with. She made the whole buying process very easy and effortless. She genuinely cares about what she does, which is rare to find. She is very knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer all of my questions through the entire process. She provided me with more than enough information to help me make the right choices and feel confident I made the right choices. After going into closing she also does a lot in setting up appointments and finding experts to get inspection and other items taken care of. She is very easy to get a hold of and easy to talk too. She was very patient in answering all my questions. Buying house is a stressful process but she made it seem not as stressful because in my eyes she took the brunt of the stress. This sale was far from an easy transaction. I was selling the home I grew up in that my brother had owned until his death last year. There were the probate issues along with some pretty big unknown home repairs needed. I also lived out of state. Lori was there from the beginning, she helped every week meeting contractors, keeping an eye on the house, keeping pool and toilets fresh. We worked with Lori for five months while we managed hurdles one after the other. Lori was consistently there for me with her positive professionalism, straight forward advice, research, and communication. I’ve bought and sold many homes and I would say Lori was the best realtor I have ever had. She will work very hard for you!
