Met Barbara through an unrelated Facebook group and then met her in person a couple of days afterwards on a trip to Florida. The intention of that trip was to look around neighborhoods and get an idea of where we might want to live. Barbara quickly understood our housing needs and timing with moving. As we flew back to the Northeast (where we lived at the time), Barbara took the initiative to reach out to the principals of the elementary and middle schools to see what would be needed to enroll our children should we move here. This is just the first of many examples of how she goes over and above what can be expected from a realtor. She is extremely proactive in anticipating the needs of her clients. For instance, without us asking, she provided information on how to estimate property taxes, how to do homestead exemption and referrals for insurance and lenders. She tirelessly served as our local representative with our builders and attended onsite inspections in our absence. We bought our home within two months of meeting Barbara and could completely focus on selling our home in NJ, knowing that Barbara would safeguard our interest.
