Patty made sure the process we went thru to purchase our villa Clearwater, Fl, was easy and quick. She went the extra mile to answer our questions and provided contacts to take care of inspections and insurance.

Selling a home can be very hectic! Jenny stayed on top from start to finish, her desire to make the sale go smoothly did wonders to make this sale happen. She knows all of the ropes and tackles all details like the true professional that she is. If you want to buy Or sell, Jenny is the one to call! She was like our personal Storm Trooper. She gets the job done with a smooth ride into or out of your home!

I had a great experience with Patty unlike with previous realtor. I had to sell my house during my divorce and pandemic. In addition to providing superb services Patty is up front about her fees, costs and expectations about what my situation was. She is also very friendly- treated me with compassion and empathy, more like a family member rather than just another customer. In today’s “high tech” and “fast paced” society, it was nice to deal with realtor that takes the time to get to know me as a person in addition to providing excellent services. I have found my experience with Patty to be extremely satisfying and I would recommend her highly to anyone and who needs a competent, honest and understanding realtor. - V.C.

Maria Picun provided expert guidance and advice in the sale of our condo. Though the sale needed to be completed long distance, her constant and prompt communication and feedback facilitated a stress free transaction. Maria communicates clearly, honestly and with expert information based on her years of service. I recommend Maria without hesitation.

My wife and I were browsing the internet for condos in the Clearwater area. I filled out a form for more information on a villa. Patty contacted me, we discussed what we were looking for in a condo/villa/townhouse. Patty provided listings to me via email, we schedule appointments for a few and she quickly set up viewings. Patty's knowledge of the market provided us with a quick acceptance of the 2nd property we viewed. We made an offer and Patty handled all the details from there. I did not know how to navigate the buying process in Florida but Patty was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. She provided me with a reliable inspector and an excellent insurance agent. We closed in 2 weeks from acceptance and my wife and I could not be more satisfied with the entire process. Patty has my recommendation for anyone seeking property.

Peter and I have been friends for years, I wanted to see a house in Tampa and reached out to him for help. Well here we are a few weeks later and I'm typing this in my new home. Peter was extremely responsive, professional, and educted on the process. I would recommend Peter to other friends and family. Thanks again!

After 40 years in the defense business I decided to retire and return to Tampa FL where we lived from 1999-2001. We downsized from a 3,300 square foot house to something closer to 2,400 square feet. My wife had a LONG list of must-haves for our final retirement home that made Ron's job exceptionally challenging. We ran through dozens of homes on line with Ron before we arrived in Tampa for our house-hunting trip. Ron had done such a thorough and professional job pouring through hundreds of listings for us, and selecting the one that he thought fit us best, that my wife SAW AND BOUGHT THE VERY FIRST HOUSE RON SHOWED US AS A PERFECT MATCH! Now if that's not a 5 star ACE realtor, then I don't know who is, and this is the sixth house we've purchased over our 48 year marriage.

I bought my one bedroom with Rick several years ago and worked with him to sell it just recently. It is such a joy to work with him. He is dedicated and knowledgeable. Brought to my attention options I hadn't considered, and gave great advice based on the area, life style, and potential options. He comes every time with a smile on his face, which makes it even better. I recommend him 100% and will keep working with him in the future.

Treasure worked nonstop to help us find our home. She listened to our feedback and was flexible with her time. We are from out of state and were not familiar with all the different procedures in Florida, so Treasure was very knowledgeable and a big help in guiding us through the process.
