Elle worked extremely hard on the sale of my property in Clearwater. The property included a house and a duplex next door to each other. Two properties on one deed making the sale confusing. Elle spent time going down to city hall several times in order to get things straight. She always answered the phone or called me right back. She held many open houses and would even come over to help get the house ready for showing. She was very patient with me as it took months to get the house ready for market. The property ended selling for the asking price and the settlement went very smooth. I have no complaints, only praise for Elle's performance. I highly recommend using her services. She's a beautiful person and a ruthless realtor. We became friends and still talk from time to time. Would definitely use her again.
