Bob was amazing every step of the way. We told him the areas we were interested in and he gave us multiple options in every area which was challenging because the market. We were selling a house from another state at the same time and he helped us find a home with an easy transition. We hit every speed bump you could imagine and he helped us through it. He said in the beginning his loyalty is to us and he definitely showed that. When things felt like they’d fall apart he was there to make sure it didn’t. He always had a backup plan for us but he reassured us we would get the house we truly wanted. We closed on the house Tuesday and I’ve already told 3 of of friends to use Bob. I can’t thank him enough and truly appreciate it all especially when I needed help at 5am.

She is reliable to her word, communicates ideas and helpful advice without negating your own which may not have been helpful or necessary. She knows the market and what price to decide on depending on your desired time frame. She will help in any way she can and keeps you posted as to the feedback people give. She also provides information to those looking who may not be familiar with the area as to the availability of parks, shopping, library. Churches, etc. and when an offer is made she will express whether or not it is a viable fair offer or not.
