My wife and I were browsing the internet for condos in the Clearwater area. I filled out a form for more information on a villa. Patty contacted me, we discussed what we were looking for in a condo/villa/townhouse. Patty provided listings to me via email, we schedule appointments for a few and she quickly set up viewings. Patty's knowledge of the market provided us with a quick acceptance of the 2nd property we viewed. We made an offer and Patty handled all the details from there. I did not know how to navigate the buying process in Florida but Patty was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. She provided me with a reliable inspector and an excellent insurance agent. We closed in 2 weeks from acceptance and my wife and I could not be more satisfied with the entire process. After 40 years in the defense business I decided to retire and return to Tampa FL where we lived from 1999-2001. We downsized from a 3,300 square foot house to something closer to 2,400 square feet. My wife had a LONG list of must-haves for our final retirement home that made Ron's job exceptionally challenging. Elle worked extremely hard on the sale of my property in Clearwater. The property included a house and a duplex next door to each other. Two properties on one deed making the sale confusing. Elle spent time going down to city hall several times in order to get things straight. She always answered the phone or called me right back. She held many open houses and would even come over to help get the house ready for showing. She was very patient with me as it took months to get the house ready for market. The property ended selling for the asking price and the settlement went very smooth. I have no complaints, only praise for Elle's performance. I highly recommend using her services. She's a beautiful person and a ruthless realtor. We became friends and still talk from time to time. Would definitely use her again.
