Patty did an outstanding job as my real estate agent she attended my inspection and was very aware of the major points that were important such as age of roof, foundation , electrical wiring. Patty is very precise in her work and she guided me through the process of purchasing my home and I was able to get a much better price on the property.

Claudia was an invaluable asset and true answer machine in my search for my retirement property. I gave her exactly what I wanted and within a few days we had an offer pending. Claudia was professional, respectful and the needed asset of responsibility in my Tampa purchase. I just wish I found her sooner!!

We recently searched in Dunedin / Clearwater, Florida for a very specific type of property, which is very difficult to identify on the usual property platforms and even on MLS. We met Patty Dykstra at an Open House, and whilst that property was not right for us, Patty spoke to people in her network and managed to find a suitable house. Patty also supported us really well throughout the process, was highly responsive and proactive, and was instrumental in negotiating a great deal. We were very happy working with Patty and highly recommend her.

This was our third transaction with Treasure and each time she was very professional, knowledgeable, and on top of her game. I highly recommend her to anyone who is buying OR selling. She always had our best interest in the forefront. We recieved top dollar for our home and she helped us negotiate a great deal on our new construction home!! If you are looking for a dedicated realtor, she is the one!

From the beginning of the selling process Micheal was able to answer all our questions. Selling a home can be very stressful, but not with mike. He was on top of his game, surprisingly ahead of me. He was available to coordinate all work such as painting, repairs and cleaning. When I I felt overwhelmed he was quick to pick up the phone and get things done promptly and even oversee any work being done. He always respected our property by doing touch ups if needed and keeping our thermostat adjusted where we requested. Mike went above and beyond what I expected. If only my other workers were like him i could have a more stress free life and dump the aspirin. Thanks again Mike for the smooth, stress free sale. Malcolm and Beverly

Pam was great to work with and understood our needs and requirements. Since I wasn't from the area Pam was wonderful in helping with local financing, utility companies, inspectors and kept the timeline on track. I would highly recommend her and all her knowledge she brings to the table.

Pam was a wonderful, responsive and resourceful agent. She always returned my phone calls and kept me posted every step of the way. She staged the condo so it looked very sellable. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Amanda has been an answer from the heavens when it came to selling our home. This was our first home, and she walked us through every step. We moved out of state during the sale of our home and Amanda handled everything, she made this process as stress free as possible. I would definitely refer friends and family to Amanda! She knows the market and really cares about her clients.

My home needed lots of TLC and Barb knew what was needed to get it ready to sell. We made some changes. Because of Barbara experience, my home sold for more than I thought it would. She was always available when I called and any questions I had she answer no matter how many time I had asked the same question. She will do whatever needed to sell your home.

Christy really read the type of customer that she was working with. We needed our hands held throughout the process....and that she did! And always with a sweet smile! Tons of hustle to show us new inventory too!
