I first met Patty when I requested to see a home on Zillow on July 6th, 2021 in Oldsmar, Florida. This was the evening that Tropical Storm Elsa was passing through the Tampa Bay Area. Again, I met Patty, saw three properties total, made two offers, won both, walked away from one and closed on my Dream home in less than a month and a half! Patty was responsive nights and weekends, answered all of my questions, advised me and educated me on and how to get the perfect home for me!
