Not only did she keep us well informed, she provided professional explanations on everything needed or expected of us as sellers. It is my opinion that Teri is an agent that is very capable of providing both the seller or buyer with the professionalism needed to instill the confidence needed to feel secure from beginning to end during this process. It was a pleasure to face no surprises during the sale or at closing, all fees and procedure's were fully disclosed and explained in such a way that everyone involved had a clear understanding. He made a stressful situation so much easier, I was buying and selling at the same time in different states, and was there every step of the way. He went out of his way to help even on things that he wasn’t a part of. He was amazing, Knowledgeable, and so patient. I worked with him months before I even officially started looking for a home and he always treated me with respect, and never once tried to push me towards anything or rush me. He spent days showing houses to us while we searched for our home and never complained or seemed not interested. He was so easy to talk to even for things that weren’t related with buying a home. I can’t say enough good things about him or the experience I had with him while purchasing my new home. I highly recommend him for anything whether selling or buying. He really was there for me and not just trying to make money.

To say that Babette is an incredible realtor is an understatement!
