Lynn was assigned to handle my relocation move. She was very familiar with the guidelines and how to proceed correctly. She kept everything in order, communicated effectively and provided a seamless experience on her end. Lynn remained calm throughout the process even after my wife and I got a little antsy. She calmed us down and assured us everything was going up be fine. She was correct resulting in a final sale of our home 22k over asking price. She did an awesome job marketing our home. Jan helped us find our first home in Florida. She was very patient and kind while we searched for about a year. She is extremely knowledgeable with the Florida real estate and best areas to settle. After 6yrs of keeping in touch with her we decided it was time to sell while the market was high. She was a tremendous help in getting the house ready to market. Guiding us through the process helped with a speedy sale and for top dollar. We have decided to live in our 5th wheel RV for the time being until the market settles.
