Went beyond normal realtor efforts to provide maximum exposure of my property and closing the sale'

Joe knew my neighborhood from his previous sales there, which greatly reduced the learning curve. He hit the ground running and had shown the home twice in the first week. He placed the listing in the best platforms for maximum national coverage and also held a couple of "open houses". He never stopped until we were under contract. Joe was a big help to the buyer by giving him periodical access to the property, and assisting me through the closing process.

Not what we expected (In a good way).

My wife and I were first time home buyers, looking for a great home to raise our family. We knew nothing about buying a house. We had so many questions and things we didn’t understand, he answered our calls at any time of the day. He answered our questions in an understandable and kind way without making us feel dumb, unlike the very first realtor we tried. Devin has a kind and honest heart, and did not try to take advantage of us. We know he truly cares about our family. There is a bad reputation for buying houses, that it is extremely stressful and hard, but having Devin on our side helped with that tremendously, so it was not what we expected. Devin went through so much to help us. We will forever be grateful to Devin for helping us find the best home for our family.

In depth knowledge of her profession, always on time, excellent communicator on all platforms

I met amanda on a Friday and we closed 2 weeks later even though labor day was in the middle of the 2 weeks. That in itself shows her dedication to the people she represents. There are a few outstanding traits that amanda demonstrated during our transaction. Firstly I initially made contact with amanda on a Friday after 5 o clock and she met with me and patiently and professionally answered my questions and concerns. Her knowledge of the real estate industry was superb and correct. In any transaction you are going to have setbacks, nothing goes perfectly , but she overcame these setbacks with a cool dignified professional approach that facilitated my purchase better than I could have hoped for. Finally after closing I was going to have some work done on the property I thoroughly researched contractors and thought I had a solid plan. It fell through, but amanda with her vast knowledge of reliable companies and contractors who offer fair and competitive pricing saved the day. I am glad our business relationship was not just a one time transaction and I look forward to her insightful knowledge in the future. P.S Amanda's use of emoji's is unrivaled in the world of social media according to my 86 year old father. She is awesome

Exceptional Service and Expertise from Start to Finish

Lorraine was absolutely fantastic! She was on top of every detail from beginning to end, always responsive, professional, and incredibly hardworking. She went above and beyond, including holding multiple open houses to make sure my properties received plenty of exposure. Thanks to Lorraine’s dedication and expertise, I was able to successfully sell and close on two of my homes in St. Petersburg. I truly appreciated having someone I could trust to stay on top of everything throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Lorraine to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She made what can be a stressful process so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did!
