We selected Kim based on online reviews / recommendations from multiple websites. Also of primary importance was Kim being voted "Best of Bucks" multiple years running. And finally we conducted in-person interviews with other brokers to get a feel for their expertise as well as their understanding of our situation. From our first meeting onward we were impressed with Kim and what she accomplished - from marketing materials to scheduling to discussing offers. But that is not surprising - I did my homework and knew Kim to be one-of if not the, best. That was confirmed all through the process. The entire process was exactly as we expected it to be and that is a testament to Kim who worked with us every step to set and exceed expectations.
