Others we had interviewed with were interested in setting the price low in the hopes of doing little work to get the quick sale. Kim was really great to work with from the first visit and we would highly recommend her. Many of our neighbors asked about her for a future reference of their potential house sale give the speed and price we sold the house. We had 3 couples ask for a showing within the first 30 min of the MLS going live. The first couple came through 5 hours later and wrote an offer. Given the very quick timing I am unable to rank the print advertising and other advertising as I did not see it. I have no doubt if she did put together this adverting it was very professionally done. Kim was very professional and quick to thoroughly respond to all of our questions throughout the process. She gave us great insight into the whole process including the appraisal, inspections, and general market in the area. We appreciated the differentiation things she does such as the facebook live video and putting the shoe covers in the house for prospective buyers to wear.

We selected Kim based on online reviews / recommendations from multiple websites. Also of primary importance was Kim being voted "Best of Bucks" multiple years running. And finally we conducted in-person interviews with other brokers to get a feel for their expertise as well as their understanding of our situation. From our first meeting onward we were impressed with Kim and what she accomplished - from marketing materials to scheduling to discussing offers. But that is not surprising - I did my homework and knew Kim to be one-of if not the, best. That was confirmed all through the process. The entire process was exactly as we expected it to be and that is a testament to Kim who worked with us every step to set and exceed expectations.

Kim Gammon found us the exact home we were searching for. Although initially we did not want to exceed our budget, we did (and by a lot) and we feel great about it. We now laugh about our original parameters especially when we consider how happy we are with what Kim found us. We now cringe at the thought of what we could have wound up with if we did not find Kim as a resource. Kim's insights were invaluable and we paid attention to every recommendation she offered. Coming from NYC, we tend to be suspicions of any sales professional. I can't remember the last time our distrust dissipated so quickly, and we came to rely so much on the advice of an individual. But that is how comfortable we became with Kim. Her sincerity combined with her knowledge of the area along with a complete understanding of her clients needs made her advice critical to our decision making process. My wife is an exceptional decorator. Kim asked if she could see pictures of our previous home to get a feeling for our tastes. After my wife sent her pictures, Kim was able to narrow down the list to a very fine level and made every showing worthwhile. Again, she maximized our time with every full day of showings (each trip to the area was a 2.5 hour drive) and she kept track of every comment and all of our needs, refining her search for us with each visit out to PA.

Kim Gammon was absolutely wonderful!! She was our realtor when buying our house and she made the entire experience as smooth as possible. Kim is not only extremely knowledgeable of the area and the process, she is fast, efficient, yet still very patient with you if you have any questions or concerns. She is very obviously well respected in the community and because of that, I believe, she was able to negotiate for things that other realtors would not have been able to procure for us. She made buying our house seem easy, which I am sure would not have been if we had used any other realtor. Kim is truly an all around wonderful person and I highly recommend her to anyone!

I have been dealing with Kim Gammon for approximately five years. So far I have purchased two properties from Kim. In the time I have been dealing with Kim I have found her to be very professional, knowledgeable and very passionate about helping me make the right decision.
