Marjorie makes it happen! She guided us through and helped us understand, the very convoluted and confusing process of selling a home in California. When we were out of town purchasing our new home, she kept things successfully moving along in our absence. We received many offers and were able to accept an offer with an escrow time that allowed us to move into our new home on schedule. Thank you Marjorie!

Marjorie was our fearless advocate from day. We sold our condo with Marjorie and had such a great experience that we chose her to be our agent in our house hunt. The market has been so competitive that it took long than we anticipated to be able to find the right place, but we are glad we had Marjorie by our side every step of the way. She is experienced and builds strong relationships that leave a lasting impression. Her uniqueness and character shines through from her quirky smile sticker over her mask to her impeccable pant suits. She is communicative and responsive and has the networks to connect you to any answers or resources you may need. She listened to our needs and proactively sought out solutions. We would highly recommend you reach out to her and see if she is the right fit to represent you as your Realtor as well.

Since the 1st day we met Marjorie Tyson at an open house around our neighborhood when we were not even looking to buy or sell anything, she has been so attentive and willing to help and educate us as young buyers. We later decided to pursue the purchase of a home and out of all the Real Estate agents we had met, it was really an easy decision to go with Marjorie and we are so happy we did. Marjorie is very committed to her customers, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to teach. She’s very thorough and detail-oriented which gives us confidence that nothing is overlooked and that we are making a secure investment. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customer is satisfied and feels comfortable. From holding vendors & inspectors accountable to dealing with lenders & escrow/title to ensure the closing process is seamless & transparent, Marjorie covers all the basis. She is truly a customer-first agent which gives us great confidence that our best interests are being looked after. Marjorie has been a pleasure to work with and is really a great person. We’ll definitely keep her as our Real Estate agent to help us buy/sell future properties and will most definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Thanks for all the honest and hard work you did for us Patrick! I would recommend Patrick as your realtor because he knows his stuff and will be very honest with you about the places you look at. We had him look at many places with us and if he didn't feel it was a good place he would be honest with us. We currently just bought our first house by having Patrick helping us. We love where we live now and will be using him in the future.

My fiance and I had the pleasure to work with Marjorie in buying our first home. She is the most professional and detail orientated person that I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable about the housing market, and she took the time to explain and answer any concerns we had with the home buying process. Marjorie went above and beyond our expectations, and we hope to work with her again. She is an all around great person, and I highly recommend her services.
