Marjorie went above and beyond the call of duty as a realtor to not only sell our home but also help us purchase the home we had hoped for and of which we are currently the happy owners. She was very professional as well as personal in her interactions with us and offered support throughout the process of getting the home ready to put on the market as then to sell. Certainly her shining moment was when she helped us contact the seller of the home we were hoping to buy when it had gone off market and seemed to be no longer available. We sold our home with Marjorie last summer, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is selling their home. As a first-time home seller, Marjorie not only helped us ready our home with lots of great advice and recommendations for top-notch contractors, but was also incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the housing market. She marketed our home very professionally, from "teasing" the home before it was officially on the market, to making sure our home was photographed by a professional photographer so that it was shown at it's best on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor, and other sites. Marjorie's exceptional work helped us to sell our home in under 48 hours, and for above our asking price. She was always available to help us and answer questions, even after the sale of our home. Our HOA gave us some trouble regarding a refund for work we paid for, and Marjorie was still advocating for us to the HOA for several weeks after the sale of our home was final. Marjorie is truly a person of integrity, who cares for her clients as if they are family. I cannot recommend Marjorie's realty services highly enough.

She was very attentive to our needs, and was willing to learn about all of the little details of what we liked and disliked with any property we had visited. Her attention to detail made us feel valued and that even our smallest little preferences were valid and appreciated.
