Our choice of a realtor started with a colorful flyer that landed on our doorstep. We took one look at the flyer and decided to keep it aside until we were ready to put our house on the market. Once our home in Carroll Park was ready, we decided to give Marjorie a call and meet with her. Upon our first meeting within the first few minutes, we knew that she was experienced, knowledgeable, and informative and so we selected her right away! We are very particular, and my husband is a collector of antiques and owned the historic home for over 35 years. It was going to take a certain personality to represent the two of us. Marjorie went above and beyond and supported us from beginning to the end! We can’t say enough of great things about her! It was a pleasure having her represent us and sell our home! She was there for me when I couldn’t get the house in show condition, planted flowers, and always followed up with my husband and I. Our home was on the market last year and didn’t sell and we re-listed this year with only one realtor in mind, Marjorie!
