My husband and I were only semi-interested in relocation and potential purchase on Hilton Head Island. We had never been there, and I was reticent about moving out of California. We were referred to Thomas by an excellent realtor in our state. Even though we were clear that we were only looking, not buying, Thomas was enthusiastic to work with us.
