We recently closed on a home in Sun City. Tom was referred to us by our Coldwell Banker in Massachusetts. Tom was responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thomas was phenomenal to work with. With this being our first house we sold, he made the process less stressful. Thomas answered any questions we had. He made sure we were on track to close at our given closing date. We did list the house with another agent and it wasn’t selling. Thomas has the listing for 2 months or so and it finally sold.

Recently, Thomas sold our home in Berkeley Hall and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the outset, Thomas informed us of market conditions, set proper expectations for us and potential buyers, and ensured a smooth listing and selling process. Our home was very special to us and Thomas treated the sale of it with dignity and respect. He was more than professional throughout the entire process, and we were never without communication from him. Our home sold within a couple of weeks of the listing becoming active and Thomas was spot on with the sales price. We've now had multiple transactions with Thomas, and I can't say enough about the skills and knowledge he brought to each transaction. My husband and I were only semi-interested in relocation and potential purchase on Hilton Head Island. We had never been there, and I was reticent about moving out of California. We were referred to Thomas by an excellent realtor in our state. Even though we were clear that we were only looking, not buying, Thomas was enthusiastic to work with us. We had a lengthy video call before visiting, where he asked us a lot of questions, and teased out our preferences and motivations for coming to the East Coast. He helped us with figuring out our "must-haves/like-to-haves/must-not-haves" which of course, with any couple, can differ greatly! With that, Thomas, with his very first pick, found us the perfect home. And, this home was not even on the market yet, but he had been tracking it and identified it for us. It was so perfect that I just stood there--me, a life-long Californian, and felt all resistance fall away and exclaimed, "I could live here!" Thomas put in much additional effort as well, showing us many other properties and communities--all of which were attractive in their own right. He constantly pointed out interesting features (both pro and con) to help us choose the best fit for us, not just with the houses but the neighborhoods as well. Thomas had extensive knowledge of each property, the POAs, and Hilton Head and Bluffton in general--in fact, it was clear that he often knew more about the properties being shown than the seller's agent! Since we still were on a pre-planned mission to see beach communities in other states, Thomas came up with a clever offer strategy to keep us first in line for the property that we ultimately bought. Thomas is experienced, ingrained deeply in the HHI/Bluffton community, hard-working and quite reflective and thoughtful, all which are essential qualities to be an exceptional realtor.
