My home search was quite different from most. I met Thomas after working with a great realtor who has now become a friend, for 5 years looking for my forever home, decided to retire and made the referral to Thomas. Although we saw many homes that were beautiful and close to what I was looking for, nothing was just right. So, yes, my journey to Hilton Head took almost 10 years of starting and stopping my search due to life getting in the way, as well as being very picky. Knowing exactly what I was looking for (particularly in a place that had quite a few challenging restrictions regarding pools), may not have been of benefit, but finally finding the house of my dreams through the tireless efforts of Thomas was definitely worth the wait. His extreme knowledge of and involvement in the real estate scene of HHI and the strong relationships he builds with all of his clients and colleagues truly enabled me to patiently keep looking for that perfect house. I was confident that if it was out there, Thomas would be able to make the ownership my reality. Although we didn't always agree, we both agree that we challenged each other to take chances, next steps to achieve that dream. Thomas was always available, patiently explaining why one house I thought I 'loved' was not the best fit for me and even though I had recently purchased a home in Ponte Vedra Beach, was gently 'insistent' that I see 'this home' that I ultimately purchased.
