I have bought and sold lots of real estate in my day, as has my husband, and we can confidently say we've never worked with a better agent/broker. Thomas gets 10 stars in our book. First, we were out-of-state buyers who knew little about the area. Thomas did an amazing job patiently bringing us up to speed. We decided to buy in an exclusive private community that required negotiating many intricate steps. Thomas advised on all of this with great patience and knowledge of the situation. We made a low offer on the house and Thomas advised us well on how best to couch the offer for acceptance. It worked and we got the house. Thomas also has a finance background and gave excellent (though unofficial) advice on handling the purchase to our tax advantage, for which we were very thankful. On a personal note, I'll also add that Thomas is very intelligent, calm, has a great sense of human and is a true pleasure to work with. My husband and I recommend him highly.
