Appreciated him video taping the walk through he did since we were out of town. Was able to answer questions as they came up.

I cannot say enough good things about Thomas. We had another Realtor and switched. It was the best move we could have made. Our house was sold based solely on the interaction of Thomas and the buyer. He had no help from the buyers agent and still got the sale while showing patience and professionalism. If you need a Realtor to “SELL” your house, you cannot do better. Thank you Thomas, Robert and Denise

My wife and I met with Mr. Kersey to look at properties in Bluffton South Carolina on May 15 2024. We were impressed with his preparation and knowledge of the area. He provided detailed information to all areas we were interested in and went out of his way to accommodate us in our search. His professionalism is beyond reproach. We would highly recommend him to anyone interested in the Bluffton and surrounding areas. Gerry & MAK Kukta

Thomas was recommended to me after I asked about finding a realtor in SC. I was moving from MA and did not know much about the area. Thomas not only was there to support me through the process of paper work but also helped in choosing Some of the options. I asked many questions throughout the year as my house was being built and Thomas always answered Quickly. I recommend Thomas Kersey as an experienced professional Realtor to guide you through your home sale or buying processes.

Tom started working for us 6 years ago when we were uncertain about where we wanted to end up after retirement. When we finally figured out the location, Tom helped us find our new home while we were living out of state. He listened to what we were looking for in a home. Over time, our desires changed and he was able to "go with the flow" and help us find our new perfect location. Not only was he indispensable while we were looking but also during closing and after closing. We moved in to our home last week and Tom is still guiding us. I wouldn't want anyone else AND he will be helping our family member who is looking in this area.

Working with Mr Kersey made the experience of selling a house from 18 hours away easier and less stressful! He was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in that area and had a sound strategy to sell our property. Mr Kersey would promptly respond to texts and return calls with answers to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend him to anybody who is looking to sell their house!
