From the moment we met Virginie, we were impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, experience, and very personable approach. We saw a lot of homes and Virginie was always well prepared, on time, highly dependable, and had just the right balance of leading us in the direction we desired all while exhibiting great patience. She answered all our questions( we had many) and often answered them for a second and third time when we forgot we asked a question weeks before. She began to know what we were looking for and we are so grateful that she got us a look at a home that wasn’t quite yet on the market. Homes that only realtors are given heads up on. we were looking for a second home and were connected to Thomas. He educated us on the market and what we needed to do if we wanted to be successful well before we arrived to view houses. An example is having a credit letter from our bank to define our capabilities, so sellers would know that we were serious and could do a deal quickly. He guided through selecting the houses to visit and organized them to maximize our visits. When we were ready to make an offer he counseled us on the right amount to offer which was less than we were going to start with. it got done at his number. It was a great experience vs a not so good experiences some of my friends went through. He knows his business and we always felt he was working in our best interests.
