John had potential clients looking at our condo within hours of listing. An offer was presented and accepted the next day. Then we only had 30 days to find a home and apply for a mortgage. After telling John what kind of neighborhood and home we wanted he found the perfect spot. I can't say enough about the experience we had with Mark. I really can't say enough nice things about Ashley. Her experience, dedication, attentiveness, and professionalism are beyond anything I could have hoped for. And, she will not let you buy a house that you don't love. I can't even count how many houses we looked at before I found one that I wanted. And, Ashley made the process so simple. The insurance broker that she recommended was able to find me rates that were almost half what the mortgage company was able to find. She even convinced the seller to lower their price by 3.5% - in this market, that's an amazing feat. Even after the sale was final, Ashley still checks up to make sure everything is okay with my new home. And if there are any issues, she's more than happy to make sure they get taken care of. Looking for a new home in this market can be stressful, and you want to make good decisions. Ashley will be your BEST decision. I promise.
