Tara was excellent in all aspects of the purchasing process. She was able to understand what we were looking for and with her incredible knowledge of the area was able to deliver. Through the closing process she handled any and all aspects flawlessly and made it as simple as possible for us as the home buyers. She went above and beyond from start to finish and we will be using her exclusively for any listings or sales in the Clearwater area.

I would not hesitate to use her again. She was very responsive, knew the market and extremely helpful! Anyone looking for a very helpful agent should not want a more efficient person, with experience in the real estate market than Tara!

Mark was amazing to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable and understanding. We definitely wished we worked with him on our first FL purchase. He listened to our needs and help us simultaneously sell and buy without all the stress. He even helped us entertain our baby during showings. We are so grateful for him and his partner, Margo. He was amazing to work with and will be referring him to everyone we know.

Susan communicated with us regularly, even when we traveled out of the country. She explained the entire process of the inspection and follow-up requirements thoroughly and professionally. Susan and her assistant, Bobbie, readily responded to our questions and were always accessible. We have engaged Susan previously and would certainly call upon her again in the future.

Laura has listed and sold one of our four condos, she did a wonderful job with staying in touch during the process. We now have another condo on the market and look forward to closing on that property soon. We will use Laura again for another condo sale in the first quarter 2026. Thank you Laura for making the property sales a breeze!

I worked with Laura Yeager to sell my condo on Island Estates. Not only does she know the area inside and out, she's attuned to trends and market fluctuation. She does her research when selling a property and offers the best advise on listing price and offer acceptance. Her long time residency in the area means that she knows the very best trades people and inspectors, should you need them. The best thing about Laura, though, is her integrity. I trust Laura implicitly to have my best interests forefront on her mind.
