I am so excited to tell potential buyers or sellers to consult with Jo Walker because once you do you will hire her as your agent! My mother and I purchased a home using Jo as our agent and she could not have been more attentive. She was laser focused, did not waste our time, knows the market and is super conscientious because we reside out of town. My mother is 88 years old and purchasing a home is usually stressful but Jo handled calls with title companies, found us our insurance, gave us a detailed list of who to call when for utilities and other needs. Honestly, right before the closing Jo went on vacation and even from Europe she was still handling things, checking in so that nothing got by her and would disrupt the closing.
