Kelly was great from start to finish. Even as crazy as the real estate market is she went out of her way to keep us informed and to answer our questions through the entire process. The buyers we had were pretty difficult, every correspondence came through their lawyers and was very rigid and impersonal. They must have had bad experiences in the past because they lawyered up as soon as the offer was accepted. All the way through the trying experience of dealing with buyers who clearly trusted no one and were looking for any loophole or advantage, Kelly kept things on track and eased our fears, and brought the process to a smooth positive closing. She was amazing, and we recommend her highly!
