Mary was excellent in helping us find a home that met our needs in the Tampa area. Our family of 5 moved across the country from CA to FL. The market conditions became very competitive and Mary helped us navigate through it all of the craziness. She was there every step of the way while we searched and viewed tons of homes remotely from CA. We felt very comfortable and trusted her expertise and judgment so much so, that we finally found a perfect home that we bought almost sight unseen! We of course did facetime videos of the home but felt comfortable knowing that we were in good hands with Mary. We got the community/location we wanted, type of home, and price! She also got us an excellent mortgage broker who was able to help us close in record time! Susan is a perfect agent. She was always knowledgeable, always available. She was with us with the numerous attempts to find a house we would like, when we found one, she suggested to go under the taking price- I figured, no way will that work in this market, but she was right. The number she suggested to ask for our previous house, I thought it was more than realistic, yet again she was right, I was wrong. Through the process she kept us informed what was going on, when needed experts to take care of tis or that she had great recommendation. Again, could not praise her enough.
