With 18 years of full-time experience I'm a seasoned veteran of the Tampa Bay real estate market. Real estate is not my first career, however. I bring the business acumen from my MBA and 15 years in medical information systems, and the empathy and problem-solving skills from my 8 years as an ICU nurse to the table as well.

I do this through time-tested systems tweaked to meet your needs, a personal, hands-on approach, and proactive communication so that you know what to expect along the way. I'm honored to say that at this point in my career my business is almost completely referral-based. The vast majority of my clients are repeat clients or referred by repeat clients. In 2019 I had the pleasure of completing a 6th transaction with a client. They don't come back that many times unless they're happy. You might say that my client base is my biggest advertising asset. I work energetically and tirelessly to maintain those relationships with my current and past clients.
