Irene knows what to do to sell a house! She will do everything necessary to make the process easier. She steps in and rolls up her sleeves from start to finish. We had an impromptu garage sale because Irene wanted to help the process along. Irene introduced us to an Estate Sales person who was fabulous. Jesse was a pleasure to work with. Jesse helped us find the perfect home and negotiate the perfect price. He went above and beyond his job as a realtor and continued to help us well after the close with renovations and with the move into our new house. Jesse prides himself on the fact that his job doesn’t end at the closing table and his actions absolutely back that up. There is no way that we could have completed the tasks we wanted to complete prior to moving in without his help, and I can’t think of any other realtors who would show up at 8am on a Saturday with a truck and trailer to help a family move. Dawn had expert knowledge on local locations and where I should be looking and where I needed to look based on an in depth interview as to what I was looking for. She had exceptional knowledge on the process that needed to take place and was extremely responsive to my needs, I was in a hurry and needed a place right away, she did it all. I was able with her knowledge and organizational skills and negotiation prowess to get into a place under my budgeted allowance. Dawn had appointments lined up with timeframes so as not to interfere with my schedule and also allow us the time needed to preview all potential locations properly. Very helpful, down-to-earth, and friendly. Great agent. After we contacted for help, she responded immediately with a list of places that she wanted to show us. She took us out and showed us the units and immediately contacted the listing agent and helped us secure the unit we desired. If she hadn't been so responsive and diligent, I don't think we would have found the home we live in and love today.
