Dave is extremely knowledgable of the housing market and local qualified roofing contractors and with that knowledge offered suggestions which cost the school less than $15K. In return, these improvements increased the value of the home by more than 300% of the original estimate. Dave is professional in his negotiations, has a calm demeanor always being patient with his clients, and is an excellent communicator providing his clients with timely information on the progress of the sale. David brings decades of experience to the Mountain Top real estate market and is up-to-speed on all developments in the area. He sold my mother's home after she passed away. My mom had befriended Dave years before and she had given me explicit instructions to work with him when the time came. The house was seen by several prospective buyers during Christmas week 2025, and several offers came in. Unfortunately, the first contract fell through -- not because of Dave -- because the prospective buyers couldn't get their funding together. Dave immediately went back and contacted the other interested parties, and within 2 days we had another contract signed, which closed in early April 2026. Go with Dave Hourigan. He knows the area!!
