David Hourigan was outstanding in every way in his representation of me in the sale of a second home in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He provided me with excellent, detailed, clearly-presented information and advice, and he was in touch with me frequently from the first time I contacted him until after the closing. At every stage of the process, the depth of his experience was evident. He walked me through everything to expect and explained everything I needed to do. He knows the local market and community so well that he was able to find the perfect buyers by word of mouth, so that there was no need for a publicly advertised listing -- which was a huge benefit for the seller of a house that was not a primary residence. He handled the negotiation skillfully and prudently. He also made excellent recommendations of various service providers to help with the sale process, including an estate sale expert to take care of the household items I didn't keep. The sale happened more quickly and more smoothly than I had originally thought would even be possible. David is a truly impressive real estate professional, and any sellers or purchasers would be lucky to have him as their agent.
