We decided to check out the real estate market in Berkeley Hall, where we were currently living, and called the Delchers about a listed home. We chose the Delchers because of their fine reputation in the real estate market in our area. However, that particular home did not turn out to be the home for us. We did not need to move, so we told Duke and Linda we only wanted something we fell in love with. They called a few weeks later and said they’d found the perfect house for us .......and it was! We’re now the proud new owners of that property. Next came the sale of our current home. Linda and Duke were so helpful. Their marketing strategies were terrific. They made a lovely brochure featuring the various rooms and amenities of our home. A number of agents showed our home, and within a short time we had an offer. Linda also was very helpful in guiding us through the closing process, the property inspections, and finding us a move manager who also found us a mover. Once the ball was rolling, the whole process was seamless! We would strongly recommend the Delchers to anyone in the Bluffton/ HiltonHead area planning to buy or sell a home.

We really don't know how the buying and selling process with Duke and Linda could be any better. Their delightful, calm demeanor throughout helped soothe the stress that moving creates. Excellent communication and professionalism every step of the way. First they knew what we wanted and found the perfect home which we bought after one viewing. Only 3 days later they sold our house, again after one viewing. It seemed too good to be true. We highly recommend their services!

I spoke with Marcia several times over the phone due to the fact that we lived in Massachusetts and had limited knowledge of the Bluffton Area which we knew we wanted to go. She listened to all my wants and needs since at this point I didn't want to settle on any of my wishes. Marcia helped our find Paradise and have not had any regrets.

The Delcher’s understand the LowCountry golf communities like no other brokers. I found them to be extremely organized, professional, and very easy to work with. I let them guide me on what to list my house for based on their due diligence with the comps in our area. They marketed my home quickly and exceptionally. Marcia was absolutely wonderful to work with right out of the gate. She worked with us while we were remote and locked in properties for us to see when we arrived in the Low Country. She extremely knowledgeable around the area's communities and builders. She helped us navigate a very tight market. She provided us sage advice all along the way. She learned our tastes and for the most part limited showing to only properties that met our criteria and tastes. If she was on the fringe of our guidance she would ask our opinion prior to committing time to a visit a property that perhaps might not be a good fit. She was tenacious when she needed to be and made sure we did not miss out on any opportunities in this very difficult market.
