Tina was amazing! This was my first time buying a house and she made things a breeze. She was responsive in any and all request we had to see houses. When going to look at homes she pulled the seller's disclosures and explained everything to me. She also was knowledgeable about what things may prevent us from getting home coverage that would prevent us from being able to close on our home. It was really reassuring at the end that she was communicating quickly with the other real estate agent and I to make closing go smoothly as possible for me at the end. Tina was amazing and I would definitely use her again and refer her to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell their home.

There’s no job too hard for Julie! She sold a vacant lot that only had a dock on the back. She negotiated with a grumpy neighbor, a lot that was almost impossible to walk through to get to the dock and many years of it being on the market because my price was high as I wasn’t pushed to sell. She took care of everything with ease and sold my lot without me ever having to drive over there as it was a few hours from my home. I can’t say enough about Julie! This is the second property she has sold for me and I just listed a third with her! She’s the best!!!
