Billie Jo was a phenomenal realtor! She didn't try to sell us a house but listened to our needs and was able to help us close on the first house we bid on. She was very responsive in texts and phone calls at all times of the day. She was able to coordinate a home inspection, provide us with comps, several addendums to our purchase document and work with the closing team so that we could purchase our home. Thanks Billie Jo!!! Jerry did such a great job selling my first home I recommended him to my niece. She too had such a good experience she recommended him. Pat did a wonderful job of helping us find a great home. This was our first home purchase and so we were very unaware of what red flags to look for. With the help of Pat by the time we found a home that worked for us we were very confident in our decision to put an offer on it. Pat also helped us immensely in the negotiation process and without his hard work we likely would've not been able to get the house we did. During the process we also changed our criteria a few times due to realizations we had while looking at homes. Pat was very patient and worked with us through those changes. My journey began remotely from out-of-state while Julie was here in the St. Petersburg / Tampa area tirelessly researching and reviewing listings while paying very close attention to the criteria that I had requested and doing her absolute best to find the best matches possible. After matches were found and agreed upon, Julie did not hesitate to get a showing scheduled and then immediately proceeded to video review the listings for me in-person, usually same day or next morning. Julie video'd every detail of every place with regards to features and, more importantly, any and all defects, leaving absolutely nothing to surprise. Julie could very well be a home inspector if she ever had time to spare! The FL market is absolutely crazy right now and, despite all the odds and after being beat several times by cash offers, Julie managed to get me into my new FL home! During the closing process, Julie was so on top of everything we still managed to close on time, despite several third party hiccups and obstacles with the appraisers and the HOA people, and also staying right on top of the lenders and title company while never missing a beat. It was such a great feeling knowing that Julie was in the background keeping things running smoothly with all the emails, phone calls, and in-person visits, just to make sure that no obstacle remained standing. This removed such a huge amount of stress having someone that I could truly trust working diligently on my behalf! It was such a sincere pleasure working with Julie and I will be recommending to all of my family, friends, and colleagues going forward.
