This sale took REAL SKILL to close! My former landlord inherited this home through his family's corporation and offered to sell to me. I initially thought I might complete the process on my own, but I was WRONG. I was in deeply over my head and quickly learned I needed a well-experienced professional! Thankfully, my daughter recommended her exceptional agent. And, Travis truly IS "TOP-NOTCH!" He went to work - immediately - by placing me with his lender, structuring necessary documents, ordering inspections, working through insurance issues and home repair requirements, and he was a TIRELESS liaison and negotiator between myself, the seller, and the seller's inaccessible attorney! This sale was even more complicated than most by the fact I required a VA Guaranteed loan in one of the most highly desirable and near-impossibly competitive markets, propelled by "CASH ONLY." The hoops Travis jumped through on my behalf to make this sale happen were not only set on stilts, but were also set afire! Yet - HE DID IT. In all honesty, I am not homeless today and searching for a place far from my sole child and only grandbabies BECAUSE of Travis. I cannot praise him highly enough! It was HIS hard work and l-o-n-g hours on my behalf, and his absolute COMMITMENT to assuring this military vet gets a "home," that MADE this sale happen!
