This was our first sale with Allison And our second home purchase. From beginning to finish she was amazing! I swear she missed her calling for marriage counseling. This is a stressful time to buy with the market being what it is, and Allison worked with us through a very challenging time. She was ready to go and see any house we wanted and really made things work for us around the holidays and family schedules. I would like to thank Debbie Schmidt for both her professionalism and her wonderful attitude nothing was too much trouble for Debbie. The whole process was quite challenging for both my elderly father and myself living in Spain and speaking little spanish which threw a lot of obstacles into the mix as well as the time difference!! Debbie was always at the end of the phone day or night trying to help me with the spanish bureaucracy which is so frustrating and nothing was ever too much trouble and most of all she never once made me feel overwhelmed by the process she definitely has the patience of a saint!!! Overall I would definitely recommend Debbie and it was a pleasure to work with her.
