Debbie helped us (buyers) with follow through while she represented the seller. Since we are out of state buyers she took videos of the property for us and helped with being there at time of inspection and ensuring that transactions and HOA approvals (a major hassle) got done in time for closing. We finally decided to sell our house in FL, but we live out-of-state, so it was very difficult for us and we didn’t know where to start.
