Kristi did an amazing job assisting us with the purchase of our home. With real estate it’s all about timing, he always very responsive and quick throughout the whole process. His attention to detail and his real estate background helped us pick the perfect property. We got our house at a good deal below asking price because of him. I would recommend anyone interest in buying/selling homes to work with Kristi!

Misleydis was our agent through the whole process of purchasing a home. She was able to stay within our budget and was also able to give us options on different locations/ areas. She would always send us multiple listings a day and would plan accordingly with our schedule so we can view them in person. She was patient and never tried to push or sell us a home we truly didn’t want. Lastly she was always insightful with what can be done with the house we decided to purchase. She give us ideas on future home improvements. If you’re looking to purchase a home in the Tampa Bay Area, don’t hesitate a give Misleydis a call she will take care of you!

Billie-Jo was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive and made sure I was always in the loop during the entire process. Purchasing a home can be a very daunting and intimidating process, but Billie-Jo made sure I fully understood and was comfortable with each step. I will never use anyone else to purchase or sell a home. If you plan to purchase/sell your home in the state of Florida, Billie-Jo is the realtor you will want!

I have used Robin Boyd as my realtor for almost 20 years now I have bought and sold many properties through her. She does all of her due diligence. I have not had an issue with any other properties that I have purchased. They’ve all been a smooth transition. Would highly recommend her.

Candra was very professional, she went above and beyond to get my house sold. She answered my calls promptly, and efficiently. While I was in a different state she handled the matters at hand so effectively getting the job done. Also getting us out of precarious situations during the last storm in Florida. Whereby my wife and I were very grateful. We will recommend her to family and friends. Thank you, Candra
