We have had 2 transactions with Irene. The first was a home we purchased, the second was selling our previous home. On the purchased home, Irene contacted us within hours after the home was put on the market and took on a showing where we submitted a contract. That was on a Friday, before the open house on Saturday and Sunday. She guided through preparing the offer and helped us come up with an offer that the owner accepted. After the offer was accepted, with her help we were able to get all of the required inspections and insurance completed on time. She walked us through all of the steps we had to take to reach a flawless closing. On the selling of the house at a time when the housing market at a standstill, she worked with us to come up with an asking price that was reasonable. She also staged the house, to make it appealing to prospective buyers, held open houses, had the shrubbery around the house trimmed and suggested things we could do to make the property more appealing.
