Right from our first meeting, Debbie was interested in understanding exactly what I was looking for. She created inventory searches with my criteria and we were able to see several homes and narrow down our search to specific criteria. Debbie is very knowledgeable of the market and the Clearwater FL area. However, every home that I was interested in was getting offers quickly. So Debbie, adjusted her strategy and we were able to make an offer that was accepted on the home that I fell in love with! During the closing processing, Debbie was completely on top of all the steps needed to be taken from the contract signature to the inspection, follow-up from inspection and to the final closing.
