Despite rising interest rates, two hurricanes and the short sited HOA insurance barrier; the condo sold. James was a true professional and kept me updated suggesting solutions to every obstacle standing in the way. His effort was exceptional. My property's value wasn't seven figures. far from it. However he worked just as hard as if it was.

Amanda helped sell our home in record time!! We needed to list our home and close in approx 28 days. She gave us expert opinions on how to get the most for our home and once the home was listed we were under contract within 3 days!! She worked diligently to make sure things went as they should all the way up to closing! If you are selling…..or purchasing a home you would make a “colossal” mistake if you chose anyone else to help you besides Amanda and her amazing team!!

We had the pleasure of working with Mariam in our search to find the perfect Tampa home for us. Mariam’s compassion, knowledge and expertise made the entire process seamless from start to finish. It took us a while and many showings before we settled on our dream home, but Mariam was kind and patient throughout and helped steer us towards listings that she knew would fit our needs. She did extensive research into each home we were interested in and advocated for us, as if the home were her own. We cannot recommend Mariam highly enough! We trust her completely, not only does she get the job done, she does it well and she is there to guide you the entire time so you never feel lost or alone, you are always 100% supported. Thank you, Mariam, for helping us find the perfect new home for us. You are appreciated!

Susan is outstanding! She knows the market so well. When we moved to Florida a few years back Susan helped not only with house details but since we were out of state she also sent videos and helped us strategically find the best home. Then when we sold that house to move closer to Tampa she knew of our interests, heard about a window of opportunity to both sell and buy, and once again helped us land in another great house. Susan also went way out of her way to help stage the house we sold. The house was amazing (we almost wanted to stay). She is a great realtor who will be honest with you and will work very hard for you.

Julie has a great deal of experience in the real estate market and knows exactly what buyers and sellers are looking for. When I listed my condo with her it was a very weak buyers market. Julie discussed everything with me from how to stage to realistic marketing prices. Due to Julie’s talents we had a contract as soon as it hit the market.

Susan did a great job for us! We lived out of town, so I really appreciated how Susan was able to schedule a ton of showings all at once so we didn’t have to come back and forth. We ended up getting the perfect home!

Erald is truly an excellent realtor. He facilitated the sale of my home with ease. Back to back hurricanes couldn’t stop him. I strongly recommend Erald to anyone looking for a realtor in the Tampa Bay Area.

Kym was recommended by our Lender, Steve who paired us as a perfect match for our personalities. During our initial call there was an immediate connection getting to know each other. The first time we met with her to view a house, she knew exactly what we were looking for. During this process she explained each step of the way and what to expect next to involve each party. She was very thorough and detailed oriented when it came to discussing the house we wanted to place an offer on. Kym is professional, listens, and will voice for her clients. She is also positive, uplifting, funny, and overall a sweet person to work with. We didn't think we would be able to purchase in the area we wanted to be in as first time home buyers, but Kym was able to lead us to our dream home! We are so happy we met Kym and she was by our side. We highly recommend her and if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you Kym!
