Marti is truly a pleasure to work with. She's extremely knowledgeable, patient, responsive, efficient, and a true gem. My husband and I have worked with her for over 6 years and have enjoyed having her as our realtor each time. If you need a realtor, definitely call Marti Sutton.

Marti is a joy to work with, and lives up to her motto of Rock Solid Service. In her low-key way, she quickly gets a feel for what the customer wants and somehow manages to find it. She conveys integrity and professionalism, and provides expert guidance and reassurance throughout the buying process. When you spend just a bit more time with her, you also discover that she's a lot of fun! I found her by chance because she was the listing agent for the first house I viewed. If I were to buy or sell another home in the area, I would definitely call her first. Thank you, Marti!

I found Marti through my father's realtor over in Windermere, FL. This was my first ever home purchase and after I told Marti what I was looking for. She took what I wanted and matched it perfect. We were able to put a contract on the house within 24 hours. Her knowledge of the area was impressive and she was able to answer any questions I had about the area. She never pressured me, or pushed me into buying anything and was honest and genuine. I would highly recommend having her represent you in any real estate transaction. She was easy-going, fun, and worked hard to get the deal we wanted and never, ever forgot about me through the process. I will always use her with any other real estate transactions I have.

Marti has been by far the best! She acted not only as a realtor but as a close friend. She goes above and beyond what she has to. She is quick with replying, I was constantly sending her messages and no matter the question or concern she was there. She is on top of all the paperwork you never miss a beat because of her. And if you should run across some any problems fingers crossed you don't, she was right there helping in everywhere possible. I hope I don't have to move any time soon but if I should decide to sell, I will definitely be using her. I recommend her to all my friends and family. She has worked with both my mom and my dad, on 3 separate houses. They loved her to! She's a joy to work with you won't be disappointed!! I couldn't thank her enough for her kindness and hard work selling my home and getting me into my new one!
