For the Polk County area I would never use any other realtor than Marti, she is very professional and does an outstanding job marketing your home for sale as well as locating a new home for you. She helped us purchase our first home in the area 4 years ago, she did such an outstanding job we recently reached back out to her to list and resale the home. I have worked with numerous realtors over the years and she has been by far the best to work with!

Marti is an excellent realtor!!! Any issues we encountered, Marti addressed immediately. Marti is very knowledgeable on every process involved in buying or selling a home. As we were selling our home up north we had some issues we needed our realtor advice on. We couldn't get a hold of him, so we asked Marti what we should do and she gave us a few suggestions on what people usually do. I just bought this home but when it's time to move again I am hiring Marti Sutton as my realtor.

Marti is the best realtor! I am from Chicago and purchased a home in Davenport Florida. It was very stressful selling a home in Chicago and buying in Florida. Lucky we had Marti. She made the complicated process of purchasing a home so effortless. She guided us through the entire process and was knowledgeable about EVERYTHING! She is always able to address any and every concern or question. She is also extremely hard working and responsive to all our needs. You could not pay me to work with any other realtor. If you are looking to purchase a home and need a good agent, look no further, MARTI SUTTON is the best.

Marti Sutton is an excellent realtor. She put our house on the market on Friday and by Sunday we had a buyer. What more could you ask for? My husband and I were somewhat anxious sellers full of questions and concerns, but quickly found that Marty was right there on our side every step of the way. n nMarti is not only our realtor, she's become our friend. This is the second real estate transaction we've done with Marti...soon to be our third as we buy our new home.

Marti Sutton was great to work with and became a friend during the process. She sold a property for my Son several months ago to his satisfaction as well. Marti is thorough and always answered my inquiries promptly. She will do the research necessary to get you a fair price for your property and be honest about the details. I would use Marti again and recommend her to others in need of a real estate professional. Doug D. Winter Haven

Marti Sutton is truly a credit to her profession. She is patient, kind, considerate and most of all very knowledgeable. Our sale was interrupted and made very complicated by hurricane Irma. Fortunately we had Marti working tirelessly for us. She proved to be invaluable for many reasons but of her talent as a master negotiator carried the day for us

We appreciate and thank you for all your hard work in the sale of our home. Without your patience, knowledge and professionalism we could not have sold our house in ten days. You made the process so easy and painless that we would not hesitate to use you again or recommend you to anyone. You are an awesome person and a delight to work with!
