We were frustrated with the agent we had been working with (limited availability, disengaged, and disregarding our needs/price point). So began an amazing real estate experience and friendship. We were out of state, always coming into town at unusual times with a short window to look at properties. Terri and Ray worked around our schedule to accommodate, they took the time to get to know us and understand our needs, likes, and dislikes. They offered guidance, support, and made us feel like family, not just people they were helping to buy a house. We made an offer on a property that became a challenging 8-month journey. Their dedication and patience were unparalleled. Ultimately the property did not work out and we had to find another. Terri and Ray continued their exceptional service and helped us find a great home that worked perfectly for our family. Once our FL home purchase was complete, it was time to sell our out of state home. They made a recommendation for a local realtor that helped us sell that home - that experience turned out fabulous as well.
