His level of dedication truly went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. He met with the septic company early in the morning to ensure everything went smoothly, shoveled the driveway and walkways himself during a snowstorm before an open house, and even assisted us with removing items from the home when I had no easy way to do so. Since I live out of state, Dean stepped in on multiple occasions—meeting a plumber at the house to address a minor issue and overseeing details I simply could not manage remotely.
