This was our second opportunity to use Sunny and she exceeded our expectations. On her initial visit to our home she walked through every room and made minor suggestions that would make our home more attractive and marketable. In addition, she placed a "Coming Soon" sign in the front yard which we later discovered the buyer saw that same day. The offer price we received was more that what we expected. Sunny was on top of everything from start to finish! When we needed the septic checked out we didn't have to call anyone, she already had someone coming out to us.
