Anytime I called I was able to get in contact or at least given a call back within a very short period of time. Sunny was very honest and has the buyer's interest in mind. She went above in beyond making sure I got the best deal for my first home. She was very knowledgeable about everything that went with buying the home and the repairs that would need to be done. I would recommend Sunny to anyone because of how helpful and knowledgeable she was. I definitely feel like I got the best deal with my house.

This was our second opportunity to use Sunny and she exceeded our expectations. On her initial visit to our home she walked through every room and made minor suggestions that would make our home more attractive and marketable. In addition, she placed a "Coming Soon" sign in the front yard which we later discovered the buyer saw that same day. The offer price we received was more that what we expected.
