Lily and Tabitha have been by my side for more than several closings or purchases. We had a very unique situation on this last sale of our house. My dad, moms husband had passed away before the holidays in 2025. We had to do an abbreviance on our mortgage. We had three months to pay back the money or we would loose the house. So we called Lily and Tabitha explained our situation and they came and saw us the next day. I believe within days we were on the market. Lily and Tabitha said they could have us sold before the three months. We ran into some real problems a long the way. One major problem was we still had two permits open. One was an electrical permit. So they called for an inspection. The city came in and we failed. That meant calling the contractor. Unfortunately the contractor we had hired was not the most pleasant man and had cut corners. Lily and Tabitha took care of all the phone calls, put up with the rude contractor, worked with the city to get the permits closed and found us great buyers for a house that has been in our family for 60 years. We closed on the house with 10 days to spare. Lily and Tabitha will always be a part of our Family. One more note Lily and Tabitha proved why they are called the Dynamic Duo.
